Scheduling & Registration
Our office is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you on the same day.

Before your visit, please complete all sections. We ensure that this website is completely secure and 100% HIPAA compliant. All of your information will remain absolutely confidential.
You are also welcome to complete the forms when you arrive for your appointment. You can choose either electronic forms or paper formats, whichever you prefer.
Your Visit
Contrary to the traditional perception of root canal treatment, modern endodontics enables endodontists to complete most procedures in one visit (with certain exceptions).
In addition to Dr. Meng's specialty education and many years of clinical experience, our office is equipped with the latest advanced technologies, including GentleWave®, surgical microscopes, and CBCT imaging. Together, these technologies help make your overall endodontic experience as comfortable, efficient, and seamless as possible.
Before your visit, our team will communicate closely with your general dentist and coordinate with your insurance company to facilitate an efficient, comfortable, and seamless visit.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
