Scheduling & Registration
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you on the same day.
For your convenience, please complete your online patient registration here: PATIENT LOGIN.
Before your visit, please complete all sections. We ensure that this website is completely secure and 100% HIPPA Compliant. All your information will remain absolutely confidential.
You are also welcome to complete the forms when you arrive for your appointment. You can choose either electronic forms or paper formats, whichever you prefer.
Your Visit
On the contrary to the past impression of traditional root canal treatment, modern endodontics enables endodontists to complete most of the treatments in ONE visit (with certain exceptions). In addition to Dr. Meng’s specialty education and many years of clinical experience, our office is equipped with the most upfront technologies, such as GentleWave®, surgical microscopes, CBCT, etc., which together will make your overall endodontic experience seamless.
Before your visit to us, our team will communicate with your general dentist arduously and coordinate with your insurance company to facilitate an efficient, comfortable, and precise visit.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
COVID-19
To ensure the safety of our patients, team members, and communities, our office strictly follows the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Illinois State Dental Society (ISDS) recommendations. Our office will remain open during normal business hours to serve our patients, referring dentists, and the communities.
You may notice some extra procedures we have adopted to protect our patients and staff, for example:
- Our office will ask some screening questions when making an appointment for you. We will confirm the same questions again at the time of your visit and measure your temperature.
- All our patients and visitors to the office perform hand hygiene upon entering and wear masks throughout the visit, except during actual dental treatment.
- Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients.
