Isabel is a valued member of our administrative team, serving as a Patient Care Coordinator with over 15 years of experience in the dental field, including the past 10 years specializing in endodontics. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Isabel is able to provide personalized support and clear communication to a diverse range of patients, helping them feel understood and comfortable from their very first interaction with our office. She is known for her kindness, patience, and exceptional communication skills, guiding patients through every step of their visit, answering questions with compassion, and ensuring they have a positive experience. Outside of the office, Isabel loves spending time with her significant other, her son, Noah, her daughter, Mila, and their playful puppy. Her warm personality, communication skills, and genuine dedication to patient care make her an important part of our team.

Nancy brings a unique perspective, positive energy, and a passion for helping others to our team as she continues to grow her career in the dental field. After earning her bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois Chicago and spending several years as a special education teacher, Nancy discovered a new way to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives through dentistry. Her background in education provided her with valuable skills in communication, patience, empathy, problem-solving, and building trust—qualities that translate seamlessly into creating comfortable and supportive experiences for our patients. Nancy loves being part of a collaborative team, connecting with new people every day, and helping create a welcoming environment for both patients and colleagues. In her role, she combines her creativity and communication skills by managing our office’s social media, website, and marketing efforts, helping share our team’s commitment to exceptional patient care. Her adaptability, enthusiasm, and genuine passion for connecting with others make her a wonderful addition to our practice.

Elena's journey in dentistry is a true testament to her passion for the field. With 16 years of experience, she has grown through nearly every aspect of a dental practice—starting as a receptionist, advancing to a dental assistant, and later stepping into management before discovering that her heart truly belongs on the clinical side of patient care. As our Clinical Lead, Elena loves working directly with patients, helping them feel comfortable, cared for, and confident throughout their treatment. Although she has explored other career paths over the years, life has always guided her back to dentistry, where she knows she is meant to be. Elena has a natural curiosity and loves continuing to learn new things, with language learning being one of her greatest passions. Fluent in four languages, she enjoys connecting with patients from diverse backgrounds and creating a welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Her dedication, compassion, and genuine love for dentistry make her an invaluable part of our team.

Krystyn has been a dedicated dental assistant since earning her Dental Assistant Certificate in 2020. With her experience in the dental field, she plays an essential role in supporting both our doctor and patients, helping every appointment run as smoothly, efficiently, and comfortably as possible. Krystyn has a genuine passion for connecting with patients and takes pride in helping them feel welcomed, informed, and at ease throughout their visit. Her friendly demeanor, compassionate approach, and attention to detail help create a positive experience from start to finish. Outside the office, Krystyn enjoys taking walks with her two pit bulls and spending time exploring the beauty of nature. Her caring personality and commitment to making a difference in patients’ experiences make her an invaluable part of our team.
